Education of any person begins with his birth. It starts from gaining simple abilities like walking, talking etc. and goes on to much more difficult skills. Learning - gaining new skills and new knowledge is a lifetime opportunity and a lifetime achievement which does big influence to people's lifes.
In my opinion lifelong learning does not mean studying at universities all your life. I think it is just a constant relationship with education. There are many people who learn to learn and they do not seek any benefit from it. I strongly believe that education is very important and that's why I admire such people.
